Took my 4 year old for her first haircut and she loved it and it looks great. All the staff are so kind and lovely, Charlie who cut Ava's hair, the gorgeous young lad who greeted us and sat Ava down, and the young lady who made Ava a hot chocolate. Thank you xx

I was very nervous coming into the salon for the 1st time as I have had my friend cutting my hair for years. Kirsty was lovely! Kirsty cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be back. I would recommend the Vanilla room to friends too.

I saw Richard a few months ago for the first time for my haircut and I didn’t have any specific style I wanted so I left it to him, I was so impressed with what he did and what he recommended! He really is very skilled!
Today was the second time I saw Richard for my haircut, and he was incredible once again, I didn't know how he would do better than the first time but he did! I will definitely be seeing him again! Thank you so much! 😁

Richard is an absolutely fantastic hairdresser. From the moment I walk through the door to the moment I leave, he gives me a 5 star service. He listens to exactly what I want and goes above and beyond to achieve this. Not only does he give me amazing hair, but he also recommends and teaches me about how to keep my hair healthy.
